Value for money with a room that had a private bathroom, central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV. the bed was comfy and the staff were really friendly and welcoming! 😊

Exceptionally comfortable hotel in a safe area adjacent to the historical centre of Florence, and sightseeing and public transport. Savoury breakfast to start the day with tasty cakes, croissants and excellent coffee prepared by Nadia. Great value for money room with balcony as expected.

Location: the hotel was right by centre, supermarkets, and the Arno River on the right bank. It was very close to Mama Rosa Srl, where you can have dinner.

The location here is fantastic, being right by the Renaissance capital and the historical center.

The hotel has a stunning setting, perfect for a walk to explore Florence and other tourist attractions. It is conveniently located within a short walk to the city center, making it easy to explore after check-out. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Haidy Pizza Kebab, just a minute's walk from the hotel.

The rooms offer great views and the delicious breakfast has a wide selection of unique dishes.

The location here is lovely, just a short walk from Torrino di Santa Rosa, and the breakfast offers a delicious variety of foods to enjoy.

The weather was wonderful, had a really nice stay on vacation. Booked a room with exceptionally good views to the hills around Florence. - the bathroom was a nice size with a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet.

We had a blast at Mia Palace! the party vibes were on point, with great amenities and workshops. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and dedicated. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center. the breakfast spread was spot on, and we even scored a free parking spot right in front of the hotel. it was a fantastic experience for us as party people.

It was a truly enjoyable stay.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, just across the river from the old town, providing a beautiful view of the river. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms with single beds, which can convert into bunk beds if necessary, are comfortable and some even come with a balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the scenic views of the city.

Everything was fine and nothing needs improvement.

The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us lots of information about the area. The location was convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. Plus, the room had a lovely balcony where we could sit and enjoy the view.

There were some drawbacks to our stay. The parking advertised was not practical, and we had to pay for an expensive garage instead.

Very helpful and polite staff, comfortable and clean room, good breakfast, close to historical center, easy communication in multiple languages, cute host.
